‘Married At First Sight’ AU 2024 intruders Madeleine Jevic and Ash Galati’s wedding last night was one for the books.
If you thought what you saw on TV was out the gate, just wait till you hear what really went down and why the current MAFS couples think Maddy might be a ‘producer plant’.
ICYMI - Maddy entered the experiment with her new on-screen hubby, Ash. She entered the experiment as an ex-actress turned psychic medium, but it was a hard act to believe after knowing she’s been on two of Aussie’s hit shows - ‘Home and Away’ and ‘Wentworth’.
From the get-go Maddy isn’t MAFS’ average bride, oh no, she’s been dubbed ‘the quirkiest bride’ to ever say ‘I do’ on the show’s 11 seasons.
She’s out here chatting it up with spirits and “downloading” psychic intel like it's nobody's business. And let’s not forget the jaw-dropping moment when she went off-script with her vows!
According to some insiders spillin’ the goss to Yahoo! Lifestyle, the wedding shenanigans didn’t stop there. Apparently, Madeleine was pausing the ceremony left and right to give the camera crew some pointers on angles.
“She kept trying to produce the show,” one source said. “Halfway through her vows she’d suddenly stop, turn around and shout things like, ‘Can I get a close-up shot here?’ and other demands.”
I mean, we definitely all caught her breaking the fourth wall, asking: “They’re recording everything? The whole time?”.
The insider also dished that the current MAFS cast who attended the wedding were whispering speculations about the medium being a “fake bride” and “producer plant”.
They weren’t the only ones not convinced by the former actresses, ahem, performance.
Fans were quick to call out the bride, with many comparing her behaviour to Collins Christian’s acting skills or lack thereof.
“We just got rid of the actor in Collins…and now we have another in Madeleine …Oh dear gawd why,” wrote one fan.
While another said: “So Madeleine is an ex-’Home and Away’ & ‘Wentworth’ actress? Here to find true love or book her next acting job?”
“MAFS is taking the piss with Madeleine,” said a third.
