An Aussie Swiftie says Taylor Swift replied to her DM after missing out on 'Eras Tour' tix

brb, I'm off to ask T-Swift why she's not coming to NZ...

Taylor Swift fans are still recovering from the rollercoaster of emotions that came with frantically buying ‘Eras Tour’ tickets last week.

While many fans were successful in securing their spot, others were left frustrated with the Ticketek site altogether!

That’s when one unlucky fan decided she was going to go the only person she knew would take the concerns seriously - Taylor. Effing. Swift!

Die-hard Swiftie Amina (@amnxa_18), decided to take matters into her own hands and slide into Taylor's Instagram DMs.

Posting her whole experience on TikTok, Amina shared screenshots of her message to Taylor which read:

“Hey Taylor, Australia tickets are on sale at the moment, and I don’t know if you’re aware but there have been promotions on Twitter getting a message out to let people know there is limited space available in Sydney and only tickets [are] available on the Sunday night.

But on the actual Ticketek website, it is saying the general public is on sale for Sydney, on the website it doesn’t say that. Many of us are missing out on tickets due to this.

Just letting you know about this inconvenience. Thank you, can’t wait to see you with us in Australia.”

While it was a long shot, Amina was shocked to get a notification that Taylor had actually replied!

I would probably just drop dead on the spot!

"Hey Amina, I can get my team to look into it, I’d like to give every one of my fans an opportunity to see me live — I can see why this could be an issue.

Sorry so-so-so much. Love you, hope to see you in Sydney.”

Since then, Amina's TikTok video has blown up, racking up over five million views. That's some serious viral action right there, my friends.

Of course, sceptics out there wondered if it was all legit or just some elaborate hoax. So, Amina screen-recorded a video to prove the haters wrong.

I mean, there’s no way to know for sure that Taylor wrote the message herself or whether it was a super-involved member of her team, but either way, receiving that notification is and would be the ultimate goal for any Swiftie to see light up their phone screen.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm off to DM Taylor myself to ask why the heck NZ was left out of the tour. I’ll let you know if I get a response!
