Science proves that Robert Pattinson is the most attractive man in the world

It's that chiselled jaw for me!

According to research, Robert Pattinson is officially the most attractive man on the planet.

I knew I was doing the right thing by picking team Edward back in 2008!

So, what makes him the most gorgeous man?

Math…

The 'Golden Ratio' was developed during the Renaissance period, and calculates facial proportions to decide a face's level of attractiveness.

The ratio is calculated by measuring from the hairline to the point between the eyes, then from the point between the eyes to the bottom of the nose, and finally from the bottom of the nose to the bottom of the chin.

If the measurements are equal, then congratulations, you are technically more attractive!

Although, we’d like to point out that these measurements aren't the be-all-end-all.

Using the Golden Ratio, Robert Pattinson scored an incredible 92.15 percent, beating out celebrities like Henry Cavill, Bradley Cooper, and Brad Pitt, who all scored above 90%.

According to Dr Julian De Silva, a cosmetic surgeon, Robert Pattinson's chiselled jaw and classically shaped features make him theoretically "perfect."

“Robert Pattinson was the clear winner when all elements of the face were measured for physical perfection," he told LadBible.

“These brand new computer mapping techniques allow us to solve some of the mysteries of what it is that makes someone physically beautiful and the technology is useful when planning patients’ surgery.”

Not only were male celebrities calculated on their attractiveness, but a number of female celebrities were as well, with Amber Heard named the most beautiful woman.
