One Swiftie headed to Taylor Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ in Sydney had a slick plan to get the vibes ON during her flight across the ditch.
Gracie had this genius plan to amp up the Taylor hype right from takeoff. She convinced the pilot to drop some Taylor Swift references throughout the flight announcement, and let me tell you, he did it with style!
“He’s in his pilot era ✈️✨,” she wrote alongside a clip of the perfectly executed announcement.
The pilot starts off with a casual "Are you …ready for it?" greeting, instantly grabbing everyone's attention. “It’s me, hi, I’m your fearless pilot, joined by my co-pilots and crew who you will know all too well by the end of the flight.”
He smoothly transitions into updates like, "We'll be cruising in the blank space above the clouds," and "Expect some heat over the next few days in Sydney, it's been a cruel summer."
Sneaking a few more in before ending the incredible speech, the pilot added: “I’ll check in again after we are out of the woods near landing, but if you need anything speak now.”
“Thank you for flying Air New Zealand, our reputation has never been better!” I’d say so after that epic effort.
The whole cabin erupted in laughter with each clever reference., but the love didn't stop there. Fans flooded the comments section of Gracie's TikTok, praising the creativity and the pilot for being a good sport.
