Year 13 prank szn is ON: These students snuck into their dean’s house for a viral wake-up call

The year 13 week of antics have begun!

A group of Kiwi students pulled off the ultimate surprise wake-up call on their high school dean.

Year 13’s at Cashmere Highschool in Christchurch decided what better way to celebrate their last week in school than rocking up to their head teacher’s house at at the ungodly hour of 6 am?

TikTok user Cara (@carar2) shared a video of the group piling into Mr. Cox’s backyard and giving him the surprise ofhis teaching career - the poor guy didn’t even have enough time to change out of his PJs!

With his arms flailing around, trying to figure out why there are at least 100 people in his garden, it’s safe to say that he was shook.

"What're you doing at my house?" he mumbled, still half-asleep.

After giving him some time to open his eyes, Mr Cox joined the teens to have a barbecue breakfast sizzling with snags, eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns.

Yum! Where was our invite??

That’s not the only celebration the group got amongst!

It’s pretty common for year 13 students in NZ to dress up and do all the weird shit you wouldn’t get away with on your average school day.

Cara also captured their ‘Anything but a bag day’ where everyone, well, got creative with how they were getting their books from class to class.

Some of our faves have to be the array of pet cages, golf bags and the one guy who fully committed to bringing a whole ass dishwasher to school!

Looks like they sure know how to send out their high school experience with a BANG!
