Apple have released brand new emojis but one of them has people fired up

"It's like they wanna make us mad on purpose".

Earlier this week, Apple released a new update of IOS 16.4 that includes a small selection of brand-new emojis which makes us way more excited than it should.

21 new emojis will be available with the update, including a new shaking head emoji, two pushing hands, and a highly requested plain pink heart emoji.

While there's currently a selection of hearts to choose from in the current emoji range, users have been pushing Apple for a plain pink heart for god knows how long.

So, they finally delivered and gave the people what they wanted - but the shade of pink got people fired up.

Now you might be thinking, there are far more important things going on in the world than the shade of a heart emoji.

While there definitely are, users have been requesting a baby pink heart emoji for years and to finally update their phone and see this is a huge disappointment.

Users went straight to Twitter to share their frustration.

One user pointed out that even android users get a light pink heart emoji.

As well as the new bright pink heart, there are also new grey and light blue hearts in the update.

Some users although don't seem to see the issue and are excited about the new additions to the emoji update.

Some of our personal favourites are a folding hand fan, ginger, a pea pod, jellyfish, a moose, a goose, a hair pick, maracas, and a flute.

Aside from the new emojis, new features of the update include adding websites to your home screen as a web app, enabling web push notifications, and subscribing to sites for updates without the need to download additional apps.

To put it simply, nothing outrageously interesting.
