The one and only Harry Styles gave every Aussie a run for their money after doing a shoey in front of 30,000 fans during his show in Perth last night.
Harry is currently on the Australian leg of his tour before he arrives on our shores in T-minus two weeks - words can’t describe how excited I am.
During his show at Perth’s HBF Park Stadium, Harry participated in the local tradition of whipping his shoe off, pouring in a bevvy and knocking it back.
“This is one of the most disgusting traditions I’ve ever witnessed,” Harry told the screaming audience before necking the contents of his shoe.
Post-shoey Harry said he felt “like a different person” and was “ashamed” of himself.
“It feels so personal. Such an intimate moment to be shared with so many people. I’ll be discussing this with my therapist at length.”
Look, the shoey isn’t for everyone!
Footage of the moment has quickly gone viral on TikTok and Aussie fans are lapping that s**t up.
“So proud of him for embracing our traditions,” wrote one proud Aussie.

“Please tell me this was at the very begging of the show when his shoe wasn't stinky and gross,” asked one fan before another responded: “It was towards the end of the show”.

Well, I never thought I’d see the day that Harry Styles did a shoey and I’m totally here for it.
