Winnie The Pooh decapitates someone with an axe in trailer for slasher movie 'Blood and Honey'

Well, this is horrifying.

The first trailer for the new Winnie-the-Pooh horror movie has been released, and my childhood is officially ruined.

The film, called ‘Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey,’ will follow Pooh and his best pal Piglet, as they go on a rampage after Christopher Robin abandons them for college. Without their human friend, both characters turn feral, and start stalking and killing humans. Sounds lovely, right?

The original Winnie-the-Pooh character from A.A. Milne’s first Pooh book has recently joined the public domain, meaning the killer-Pooh in the film is not breaching any sort of copyright. The filmmakers did have to change aspects of the characters though, including swapping Pooh’s red shirt for lumberjack gear. The movie also won’t show Tigger, as he’s still under copyright.

The film was filmed over 10 days near England’s Ashdown Forest, which was the original inspiration for Milne’s stories.

There's no official release date set yet, but all we know is it's "coming soon."

Can’t wait for childhoods to be ruined!
