'Stranger Things' actor OPENS UP about his serious health disorder

If you're hooked on 'Stranger Things' (and anxiously awaiting season 2 like we are), then there's no doubt you would have already fallen in love with the adorkable, Dustin!

If you didn't already know, Gaten Matarazzo (who plays the character of Dustin) actually suffers from a genetic disease called Cleidocranial Dysplasia (a rare genetic disorder that stops the development of bones and teeth)

In a recent interview with People, the 14-year-old opened up about what it's like living with his disorder.

"There's a one in million chance that you have of getting it - most likely you get it from a parent, but for me it just happened."

He went on to say that, "it can be a very difficult condition to have."

Although many people living with Cleidocranial Dysplasia go through multiple back and face surgeries, Gaten continues to see the bright side of his diagnosis.

"People are like, 'Well you can do these cool things with your shoulders.' That part's cool about it."

Who else is excited for season 2 of Stranger Things???

I swear they did this on purpose.
