This week, we launched our brand new Edge Afternoons show with our new lineup of Sharyn, Steph, and Nickson.
Our first show went off without a hitch until Nickson went and put his foot in it.
Starting off his brand new segment 'Cancel Corner', where he brings something to the table each day that he's going to cancel.
I don't think he expected that he'd be the one getting canceled...
He started off by explaining he wanted to cancel free-range chickens.
We were confused too because how can you cancel chickens?
He continued by saying that essentially, he thought free-range chickens shouldn't exist as if they're enjoying their life, they don't want to be killed yet a caged chicken somehow would.
We still don't understand.

Well, it didn't take long for the texts to come through hurling abuse at Nickson for his comments and to be honest, fair enough.
Even Casey the boss received emails thrashing Nickson for his 'insensitive' and 'disgusting' comments.
When we said we wanted the show to start off with a bang, this wasn't quite the bang we expected.
One text we received suggested some punishment we could give Nickson to truly question his views on chickens and teach him a good lesson.
"Live in a cage and see how you like it".
So we did and we think it may have made him reflect on his questionable comments.
Lesson learned and Sharyn and Steph had a great time while doing it.
Let's just hope that Nickson doesn't cancel us again...
