Megan Fox and MGK are allegedly “on a break” and have paused their wedding plans amid ongoing rumours that the couple’s engagement is on the rocks.
The turbulent couple haven't been on good terms since just before Super Bowl 2023 (Feb 13) but “are still in contact,” a close source to the couple told US Weekly.
“They are very hot and cold. They have stalled wedding planning to work on their issues.”
While they are currently “off”, the source mentioned that the two are still communicating via texts.
Megan then uploaded a video of herself burning an envelope on a fire pit with a caption quoting lyrics from Beyoncé’s ‘Pray You Catch Me’.
"You can taste the dishonesty/ it's all over your breath.”
This caused many fans to believe that there had been a case of cheating within their relationship.
The insider that shared this info with Page Six also insisted the couple are broken up while they try through their problems, with Megan wanting to see “where they stand” and “to see what they can salvage”.
The actress reactivated her Instagram with one new post straight up denying any betrayal in their relationship.
"There has been no third-party interference in this relationship of any kind. That includes but is not limited to...actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons,” Megan wrote.
The post seems to be in defence of MGK's backup guitarist Sophie Lloyd, who was rumoured to be the other woman.
Well, despite whether the cheating actually happened or not, it seems the two are not on great terms and with wedding plans on pause, could this be the end for the couple?
