In new scenes shot this week, Shia’s look has ben totally transformed thanks to his long haircut and lack of facial hair.
Rocking a full-on mullet with some super thin eyebrows and eye makeup, Shia is really stepping into his character.
And can we talk about wardrobe choices? The black and gold-trimmed blazer paired with a black skirt, knee-high stockings, and black and gold boots really make a statement.
He is due to star in Francis Ford Coppola's Megalopolis, which is currently halfway into filming, alongside Adam Driver.
Shia has continued to face loads of controversies over the last few years, including allegations of domestic violence made by his ex-girlfriend FKA Twigs and an alleged feud with Olivia Wilde during the production of 'Don't Worry Darling', before being replaced by Harry Styles.
Megalopolis follows the story of New York City being rebuilt as a utopia after it's left flattened by a disaster.
Shia also looked completely different in a low-cut white dress, which he paired with gold high heels and a gold corset.
Fans have been left confused by the actor's new looks from the movie with one writing: “Oh my god [lauhging emoji] is that Shia LaBeouf??”
Another poked fun at the fact Shia is unrecognisable to his Even Stevens character who many of us grew up with.
