CONFIRMED: Johnny Depp did walk in Rihanna’s Savage X Fenty show and people are 'appalled'

Someone really compared him to 'The Walking Dead'

Johnny Depp’s controversial appearance in Rihanna's Savage X Fenty Show Vol. 4 has dropped and his 40-second feature has caused a stir among fans.

Roughly 20 minutes into the show a moody Depp stares down the camera as he struts through a forest to OutKast’s ‘So Fresh, So Clean’ while wearing a Savage X Fenty robe and matching pants.

The appearance lasted less than a minute and is one of the few scenes that stands out from the usual singing/ dancing production - oh and the fact he goes to hug the tree!

Rumours that Depp was set to strut in the show appeared last week and many fans held on to the hope that Rihanna was clueless about this happening.

This comes after Depp's defamation trial that took place earlier this year between himself and ex-Amber Heard which included multiple allegations of domestic abuse made against him by Heard.

However, it was said the whole plan for Depp to be a star feature was “orchestrated by Rihanna”

Many fans took to Twitter to criticise Depp's appearance in the show with one fan comparing him to an extra from 'The Walking Dead'.

Another questioned the final clip: “That’s the best take?”

“That’s really appalling I’m severely disappointed in Rihanna,” wrote a third.

Meanwhile, other fans praised his performance.

One fan shared their love for the look: “He looks so damn good!!!”

“Yessss!!!!!! Go Johnny Depp so proud at the way he has carried himself through this whole process he deserves the world,” Another fan wrote.

A third echoed: “The comeback to end all comebacks. So SO SO bloody happy for the man!”

Fenty has made significant progress towards diversity by using models of different sizes and races, so, understandably, fans are miffed that Rihanna has decided to connect herself with this year’s most controversial celebrity news - what do you think about the appearance?
