'Disgusting!': Ariana Grande fans slam lookalike for 'disrespectful' OnlyFans impersonation

Is this even legal?

Ariana Grande fans are slamming her controversial impersonator Paige Niemann for “disrespectfully” posing as the singer on the site OnlyFans.

If you’re a fan of Ariana, then there’s no doubt you already know who Paige is, but if not, here’s a little introduction.

Back in 2019, Paige went viral on TikTok after fans couldn’t believe how similar the two looked. Paige would often impersonate Ari’s Nickelodeon character Cat Valentine and nailed it.

It’s scarily accurate!

However, as time went on, the gag didn’t stop, and Paige kept adapting herself to Ariana’s changing style.

Ari caught wind of the whole impersonating situation, and let's just say she wasn't the biggest fan. Reacting to the videos, she tweeted: "I just wonder whyyyy the cat voice/dialogue. I am sure she is the sweetest sweet sweetheart for real!! But it’s definitely bizarre seeing people blend the two worlds, lmao."

Now that brings me back to the latest stir of drama.

Paige is making headlines again after posing as Ariana in a brand new 18+ OnlyFans profile.

The 18-year-old included a bio to her page that reads: "Exclusive stuff that you wouldn't ordinarily see from me."

Now is she talking about herself, or is it all just a ruse for creepy fans to have a gawk?

In all the images used to promote her subscription page, Paige cosplays in her usual Ariana hair and makeup, but in this case, it's particularly disturbing.

Fans agree and were quick to slam Paige for her likeness, with one Twitter user writing: "Paige Niemann starting an OF cosplaying as Ariana Grande is one of the most disrespectful things I’ve ever seen. In my opinion, this is going too far and is disgusting, weird and INSANELY DISRESPECTFUL."

Another questioned whether her actions are “even legal”?

A third has even reached out by tagging Ariana’s team and suggesting a potential lawsuit.

Yikes!

I think it’s fair to say that creating an OnlyFans account is your business, but there is something seriously wrong about impersonating another person online, particularly when it comes to explicit content.

Ariana has not yet spoken out about this latest controversy, although we hope Paige will come to her senses before this potentially gets any messier.
