Dua Lipa has revealed her thorough routine for maintaining her beautiful shape, which even includes the timing of her meals.
"I don't eat after 6 p.m," she revealed on the 'Dua Lipa: At Your Service' podcast.
“When I eat late, my body does not work as hard as it should, and food processing takes too long...”
Dua also revelas that she takes vitamins, Omega 3, fasts (which makes sense with the last meal of the day being at 6pm) and credits it all to helping with her skin.
The 'Love Again' singer, whose parents are both Kosovo-Albanians, admitted that her heritage made her a hard worker!
Dua added: “There is a saying in Albanian, ‘Never leave today’s work for tomorrow’. I live by it. I see my job as a 24-hour job."
“For as long as I have butterflies and as much as it scares me going on stage, I know I am in the right place.”
Dua earlier confessed that she was kept occupied by her love of her career, and she considers herself extremely lucky to be able to do what she loves every day.
She said: “I think just the love I have for my job. I feel very lucky to be doing something I’ve dreamed of my whole life. My hobby is my job, that’s not to say that there aren’t hard things about it, there’s crazy schedules and not really spending enough time at home for example.
"But I get to do everything I’d imagined and more, things I didn’t even know would be possible like performing at the UEFA Champions League, I never thought I’d see myself in front of loads of football fans. It’s really exciting seeing what new things this career brings me, I’m just so grateful.”
Sheesh with all those hours put into it you can understand why Dua follows a thorough routine.
We just can’t imagine not sneaking a midnight snack every now and then!
