scandal 21/09/2020

Zendaya has made Emmy history today as she was the youngest actress to win the prize for Best Lead Actress in a drama. Not to mention, this was her first-ever Emmy!!

This record was set last year when Jodie Comer won after her role in Killing Eve. It is very rare for young actresses to be recognised in this category, so this is an insane achievement for Zendaya.

At only 24 Zendaya wowed the audience after winning this today, the previous winners have included Jennifer Aniston (“The Morning Show”), Olivia Colman (“The Crown”) and Laura Linney (“Ozark”).

She has been praised for her role in the HBO series, Euphoria, which has been claimed as uneven series, but she performed with style and sensitivity.

We are so proud of this Queen!
