Hot off the heels of 'Get Out' and 'Us', Jordan Peele, the horror hit maker, is back with a new movie that'll keep you up all night.
We all know the classic scary story of Candyman and what will happen if you say his name five times in front of a mirror...
Well now we get to re-live the classic story as it's been reimagined by Peele, who co-wrote and produced the film, and directed by Nia DaCosta.
"My connection with ‘Candyman’ is pretty simple,” Peele explained during the screening of the trailer. “It was one of the few movies that explored any aspect of the Black experience in the horror genre in the ’90s, when I was growing up. It was an iconic example to me of representation in the genre and a movie that inspired me.”
