There are five different types of vaginas in this big wide world... which one are you?
According to a bikini waxer in the US, there are five different types of vaginas (well there are probs waaaaaaay more then five, but these are the five most common).
Speaking exclusively with the team over at Elite Daily, she said that not all vaginas will fit into these five categories:
"This isn’t a mathematic algorithm. This is just to help women understand this weird ‘secret’ [the appearance of our vaginas] we keep from our friends and society at large is not as scandalous or peculiar as we may have thought."
See which category you fall into below (and be sure to check out the photos to see what they look like).
1. Ms. Barbie
This is what the majority of both men and women think vaginas looks like (it's the stereotypical vagina if you will), however... according it is the complete opposite! The bikini waxer revealed that, "the labia minora (the inner lips) are completely contained by the labia majora (the outer lips), and both sets of lips rest up against the pelvic bone."
2. Ms Curtains
The has been called most common vagina out of them all (dur to the labia minora extending past the labia majora). However, she has said that it is, "often seen in some combination" with the other five categories.
3. Ms Puffs
The name says it all really... While it is quite similar in shape to Ms Barbie, this one obviously more "puffy" in comparison.
"With Ms. Puffs, they sit much lower and can be either full and puffed up or thin and loose. People might think this has to do with the age or weight of the woman, but Mel says there’s actually no correlation."
4. Ms. Horseshoe
This would have to be one of the rarest of the five categories (wait until you see the photo). When describing it, she says "the opening of the vagina spreads wider at the top, exposing the labia minora, but it touches and closes off toward the bottom."
5. Ms Tulip.
Lasty we have Ms Tulip (which most of the girls in The Edge office think they have). This vagina also looks just like how it sounds... a flower bud about to bloom. "In this case, the labia minora is slightly exposed through the entire length of labia majora."
So... which vagina do you have?
