Britney Spears has just landed a book deal which is reportedly worth almost US $15 million ($22m NZD).
The pop star, who has been in the headlines over her conservatorship, is set to release a tell all memoir about her life, family and career, according to New York Post.
In an Instagram post from January 12th, Britney hinted at releasing a book as she captioned the post "Shall I start from THE BEGINNING???"
Britney's estranged sister Jamie Lynn released a book titled 'All the things I should have said' in January this year.
In response to her sisters book, Britney wrote on Instagram "Congrats best seller…..The nerve of you to sell a book now and talk s*** but your f***ing lying…..I wish you would take a lie detector test so all these masses of people see you're lying through your teeth about me !!!! I wish the almighty, Lord would could come down and show this whole world that you're lying and making money off of me !!!! You are scum, Jamie Lynn."
Britney's lawyer sent a cease and desist letter to Jamie-Lynn which stated that Britney would no longer be "bullied" by her family members and asked for Jamie-Lynn to stop talking about her.
There was reportedly multiple publishers fighting in a bidding war over Britney's book which was being named as one of the 'biggest publishing deals of all time'.
We're stoked that Britney can finally start to share her story!
