Lil Nas X just dropped a cover of the iconic Dolly Parton song 'Jolene'.

Check out the video of his soulful version of the song, performed and recorded for BBC's Radio One below:

Shortly after the vid dropped, Dolly Parton herself got word of it and she loves it. Dolly took to Twitter to express how excited she was that he covered it:

“I was so excited when someone told me that Lil Nas X had done my song #Jolene,” she tweeted on Wednesday. “I had to find it and listen to it immediately… and it’s really good.”

Dolly added, “Of course, I love him anyway. I was surprised and I’m honored and flattered. I hope he does good for both of us. Thank you @LilNasX.”
