Jonah Hill has a request!
The 37-year-old actor took to Instagram on Wednesday, October 13, to politely ask people to stop commenting about his body.
“I know you mean well but I kindly ask that you not comment on my body, good or bad I want to politely let you know it’s not helpful and doesn’t feel good. Much respect,” Jonah wrote in the uncaptioned post.
Jonah has been very open about his struggles with his body image over the years.
Earlier this year, Jonah admitted that for the first time ever, at age 37, he’s finally comfortable with going shirtless.
AS HE SHOULD!!
Many fans and celebrities rushed to comment words of support in respect of Jonah’s request with one user writing, “Gotta have boundaries even on the internet” and we totally agree!
Singer, songwriter SZA commented: “Absolutely Love you. Thank you !!”
Even Jonah’s own sister Beanie Feldstein put into simple words “THATS 👏 MY 👏 BROTHER 👏”
It’s no surprise many have come out in support of Jonah’s request and will continue to support him on his body positive journey!
