A new doco about Britney Spears called 'Britney vs Spears' is due to drop on Netflix real soon.

It will give us an insight into Britney's conservatorship, which was put in place in 2008 after her public breakdown. Check out the trailer above.

A teaser for the doco was released earlier this week, containing alleged audio from a voicemail Britney left for a lawyer on January 21, 2009, at 12:21am.

“Hi my name is Britney Spears, I called you earlier,” the singer can be heard saying.

“I’m calling again because I just wanted to make sure that during the process of eliminating the conservatorship …”

The audio cuts off before the end of the voicemail message. Spooky.

It suggests that Britney's recent move to end her conservatorship isn’t the first time she’s asked for help to end it.

The doco's release date will coincide with the next hearing in her conservatorship case, that could determine whether Britney's dad Jamie Spears is removed as her legal guardian.

Britney vs Spears drops on Netflix September 28.
