US travel influencer Gabby Petito – who went missing after going on a cross-country road trip with her fiancé for several months, has been found.
Medical examiners have confirmed a body found in Wyoming is the missing 22-year-old whose disappearance has gone viral all over TikTok.
Last week, police in Moab, Utah, released body camera footage of an encounter that Gabby and her partner Brian Laundrie had with police officers during a traffic stop.
After being separated to give police statements, Gabby told officers that she was struggling with her mental health, has severe anxiety and mentioned her and Brian had spent the morning fighting, and they were dealing with some “personal issues”.
Investigators have said her partner Brian Laundrie is a "person of interest" in the case. His parents told FBI agents that they last saw him a week ago, when he told them he was going to do a hike alone in the nearby wilderness.
The case of Gabby Petito has gone viral on TikTok - with many people coming up with their own theories, clues and evidence regarding her disappearance.
This story is just way too sad. Our hearts go out to her family.
