trending 22/04/2021

Six60 Saturdays are hitting Eden Park on the 24th of April and thanks to The Edge and Auckland Transport, we’ve got your guide on how to get there for free this weekend!

Set Times:

How to get there:

Public transport is the best way to get to the concert as there will be around 50,000 people attending the concert so it’ll be incredibly busy! Here’s everything you need to know!

Travel is included with your ticket on all AT Metro bus services from 4pm and there will be a special event bus service from 5pm. Trains are also free for anyone holding a concert ticket! Just present your ticket and you'll be good to go!

There will be a post-concert train split so make sure to read AT’s statement below,

“Trains heading towards Swanson will leave from Morningside Station only. Trains heading to Britomart will leave from Kingsland Station, and from Britomart, you can connect to the Southern and Eastern Lines. Trains will leave every 10-15 minutes from Kingsland and Morningside Stations.”

If you’re unsure as to how to get there, use AT’s Journey Planner.

Food:

Almost one of the best parts of the concert, there will be plenty of food options available! From dumplings, donuts, shaved ice, crepes, pizza, tacos and plenty more. Don’t worry vegetarians and vegans, there will be food for you too! There will be a range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available.

Things you can’t bring:

With every concert, there are some risks and items you can’t bring. Avoid cans, bottles, professional cameras, recording devices, umbrellas, food, weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, alcohol, drugs and water bottles that are over one litre.
