The controversial couple have hinted at an engagement and their own reality tv show in the near future.
Mellissa and Bryce from this year’s season of Married At First Sight have easily become one of the most controversial couples to ever participate in the show, with a petition even popping up online for the network to place a warning on the pairs relationship amidst allegations of abuse.
With the final vows coming to NZ television next week, there’s little mystery surrounding Bryce and Melissa’s decision, especially after Bryce revealed to Australian media that the couple are still together six months after filming. Despite much public outrage surrounding their relationship, the pair insist that they are going strong and have even discussed their future together as a couple.
“After watching what’s happened on the experiment, people are going to find it hard to believe we’ve actually worked out,” Bryce told TV WEEK in Australia. Adding that he hoped people would “accept that we’re very happy together and accept the relationship for what it is.”
Now – in some unexpected news, Bryce Ruthven and Melissa Rawson may be getting their own reality tv show which Bryce revealed on Monday, as well as discussing the possibilities of a televised wedding. Melissa adding that “It’d be amazing to showcase why we love each other so much and who we are as people outside of the show because we’re just two normal people.”
We aren’t exactly sure that ANOTHER reality show will really showcase that Melissa…
This comes after Bryce hinted at plans to marry and have children with his partner, sharing a post to Instagram captioned with a diamond ring and baby emoji.
These aren’t the only bombshells that Bryce has dropped. During a chat with the Hit Networks Bryce revealed that he called the police on producers of the show during filming adding that MAFS “kinda ruined my life.”
