She captioned the post: "surprise! 🍼🌈👼🏻" and tagged her current boyfriend Alev Aydin in all of the pics.
Alev wrote in the comments saying, "Heart so full, I love you, sweetness." After seeing the comment, Halsey replied, "I love you!!!!!! And I love this mini human already."
