Ok, if you haven’t made a whipped coffee yet, chances are you aren’t doing lockdown right. But if you’ve been making one every day and can’t imagine anything ever topping it… we’re about to blow your mind. In the best way possible.
Introducing: WHIPPED NUTELLA. Yes, you read that right.
For all you non-coffee drinkers, Insta account @sweetportfolio has created your dream. Using less ingredients than the Dalgona coffee the internet has been going nuts over, all you need for a whipped Nutella is a spoonful of the hazelnut goodness and one-third of a cup of heavy drinking cream.
Then you just whisk the two in a bowl until the mixture is fluffy, and add it to a glass of iced milk - heaven. If you want to spice it up a bit, you can put Nutella at the bottom and on the edges of your glass for a stronger flavour, or even put a mini Kinder bar on top for those cafe vibes.
Honestly, we’re drooling. But if you love both coffee AND Nutella, there’s no reason you can’t have both. Just make a Nutella whipped coffee - it’s the same recipe as the standard Dalgona coffee (equal parts instant coffee, sugar, and hot water), but you whisk in a little Nutella once the mixture starts to get creamy. We’re allowed 10 of these per day in isolation right?!
