Good news for fans of Netflix's Mindhunter!

If you're anything like us, you've already binge-watched the whole second season and are patiently waiting to find out when the next one is coming out.

While we don't yet have an official statment from the streaming service, one of the show's creators and stars has said they're planning on it going for three more seasons.

Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Holt McCallany, who plays Agent Bill Tench, shared a recent chat he had had with executive producer, David Fincher.

"He [Fincher] said 'Listen, are you ready to do this for five seasons? Because even if I f*** it up, it's gonna go five seasons, and I don't intend to f*** it up'.

"So I'd like to think that we will continue, for as long as David is intrigued by telling this particular story." he continued.

While the idea of three more seasons couldn't be anymore exciting, we've got to remember it was a whole two years between the first and second seasons so hopefully we're not going to have to wait as long for the rest!
