Turns out our dream place actually exists - La Cité du Vin, otherwise known as The City of Wine. Wowwowowowow.
You'll find La Cité du Vin in Bordeaux, one of France's most famous wine regions. And it cost approx $135 million NZD to build, so you know it's got to be pretty amazing.
While there are no rollercoasters or giant drops, you will find 800 different varieties of wine from 70 different countries, all stored at La Cité du Vin’s restaurant available for tasting and ordering. There are also 20 wine-themed sections and exhibits, including a totally immersive simulated boat ride - you'll find out what it was like to be a globe-trotting wine merchant.
The actual building itself is something to be marvelled at as well, with the twisted metal structure supposed to resemble wine swirling around a glass according to the architects.
This sounds like something we want to get amongst, and you even get a free glass of wine with you entry fee - bonus!
