If you've been re-freshing Netflix again and again, looking for something new to wach and fill the void in your heart since finishing 'Dead To Me', we've got some very exciting news.

During a panel earlier today, creator Liz Feldman announced the dark comedy series has been renewed for a second season by Netflix with both Christina Applegate and Linda Cardellini both returning to their roles.

In the show, Applegate plays Jen, a widower who, after losing her husband to a hit-and-run accident, forms an unlikely friendship with Judy (played by Cardellini).

Without giving away any spoilers, season one definitely ended with quite a bang so it'll be interesting to see where the show goes in season two.

Feldman had recently spoken with the EW about what we could expect in a new season. It will be about the further exploration of this friendship, and relationship, and now very complicated dynamic, or even more complicated dynamic between these two women," she said. “What I wanted to do was create a situation where they’re forced together, and they need each other now in some ways more than they did at the beginning of season 1.”
