Real life 'Central Perk' cafe opening in the UK for 'Friends' 25th anniversary

Our fave show since wayback, 'Friends' turns 25 this year. Can you believe it?! If that doesn't make you feel old, we don't know what will.

Since it's been 25 years since the show hit our screens, Warner Bros. are celebrating with the opening of a real life 'Central Perk' cafe! So everyone can live out their fantasy of sitting around in a coffee shop with their mates all day instead of working we guess?

No but really, the cafe will be situated inside Primark (a discount department store kinda like Kmart) in Manchester, and will be serving New York-themed drinks and massive coffee cups. Limited edition branded products will be available for purchase, and the cafe will have a focus on sustainability, using compostable cups and ethically sourced coffee beans. That's what we like to hear.

Primark's director of new business development, Tim Kelly, said: "We are hugely excited to be bringing the first branded Central Perk Café in fashion retail in the UK to the British high street. Customers can relax and have fun there whilst also enjoying our amazing fashion at amazing prices in our Manchester store."

The doors will open Wednesday 12th June for anyone lucky enough to be over that side of the world. Save the big couch for us pls.
