Jon's face says it all really: why would you do that...? Just why?
Game of Thrones Season 8 FINALLY hits our screens this Monday at 1pm NZ time, and as we all know it's SUPER important to watch it on the day it comes out so it doesn't get ruined for you.
Spoilers are the absolute worst, making them the perfect weapon to use on people you think deserve to have their day ruined. An evil-minded US company called Spoiled have realised this, so they're offering a service which will anonymously send spoilers via text to any mobile number in the world for only 99c (USD) a week.
Seriously, how evil can you be?
"Do your friends love Game of Thrones, but watch it after it airs? Are you a terrible friend? Great!
For just $0.99 USD, Spoiled will anonymously and ruthlessly text spoilers to your unsuspecting friends after each new episode airs. Afterwards, sit back, relax, and view your friends responses.
After you order we email you a link so you may view any texted responses to the spoilers we send out."
The website idea was actually inspired by an old Reddit post about how a woman got revenge on her cheating ex-boyf by sending him GOT spoilers each week:
"She spoils the show for me every week. I tried to ask her to stop but she blocks me immediately after she sends the message. I blocked her on WhatsApp, but she did it via Facebook. Then the next week it was text.
She even borrowed one of our mutual friends phones to do it, and I fell for that. I can’t watch it before she ruins it [because] I have to wait til my girlfriend is home from work to watch it with her."
Like, he kind of deserved it, and you've got to admit the woman was a genius for thinking of this. But we really don't recommend sending these to any of your mates if you want to stay on good terms...
