The drama doesn't stop outside of the show for this groom!
Last night, four new 'intruders' were introduced to Married At First Sight Australia. One of those couples included Daniel Webb, who married Tamara, but now it looks like his past is coming back to haunt him.
According to Nine News, Dan has been charged with fraud after allegedly scamming $20 million out of Queensland families.
Gold Coast Bulletin reports Dan, along with six others, used an elaborate telemarketing scheme in 2014 which encouraged people to pay $500-$1000 for a trial of a investment and betting software before getting them to sign on to a 12 month contract.
Dan was meant to attend court last Friday but according to a source, he never showed up. Instead, his lawyer attended on his behalf.
The case will return to court May 3rd, so we'll have to wait and see if Dan decides to turn up this time...
