We love how every Black Mirror episode is it's own little story, but we're still desperate for some of the storylines to continue and find out what happens next!
Apparently creator Charlie Brooker is on board with this, saying he's open to revisiting some of the episodes, and dropping hints that this is a big possibility.
'Inside Black Mirror', a new companion book to the series, includes Booker revealing ideas for potential follow-ups to former episodes. This includes a sequel to 2013 episode 'White Bear'.
If you can't remember, neither could character Victoria Skillane in the original episode, with the storyline being that her memory is wiped every day. In the follow-on, Skillane would reportedly become aware of the process.
"That was something we discussed at the time, as a potential expansion of the story. What if she becomes aware that this is going on, and starts rebelling against it?" Brooker said.
He was also looking at returning to fan fave episode 'San Junipero', but would focus on new characters instead of the originals.
"I wouldn't necessarily want to revisit those characters, because we're very happy with where they ended up and their story. But that's not to say that we couldn't revisit that world, if there was a compelling reason to do so."
Speaking of new episodes, Brooker said: "There's some more coming up, but I'm not allowed to talk about those. Each one is in individual little movie, and so a lot of it is to do with a surprise. That's why we've done a book because there's a lot to say about the existing ones."
The suspense is killing us!!!
