Coca-Cola has done a lot of varations of its fizzy drink over the years and now they're going even further. Booze.
In an interview on the Coca-Cola website last month, Jorge Garduño - the president of Coca-Cola's Japanese business unit - explained that the company is planning to 'experiment' with alcoholic drinks.
"We're also going to experiment with a product in a category known in Japan as Chu-Hi. This is a canned drink that includes alcohol," Garduño said.
"We haven't experimented in the low alcohol category before, but it's an example of how we continue to explore opportunities outside our core areas," Garduño added.
The brand new product will be an alcoholic 'Chu-Hi' drink - which is a canned drink containing alcohol.
The alcoholic content is usually quite low, with the ABV hovering between three and eight percent.
It will be launched in Japan. But fingers crossed that if it does well, they might roll it out to other countries!!
