We'd be lying if we said there was no way we'd do something like this for our doggo.
Between getting presents for your family, buying decorations for your tree, and stocking up on food, Christmas can be the absolute worst time of year for your bank account (even though the rest of the year doesn't look to great either tbh).
But one woman has made sure to spoil her favourite person, or should we say canine, for Christmas this year.
38 year old Helena Mueller has admitted to spending £1,000 ($1913 NZD) on her dog Lola and who knew we'd ever be so jealous of a dog.
Lola will wake up to 68 presents under the Christmas tree including rabbit pjs, a pink dummy, a hedgehod toy and heaps more.
Helena also admitted to the fact that this year, she's spoilt Lola more than her own six year-old son, Harry:
This year, she's definitely getting more gifts than Harry... I tried to hide that from Harry last year, but this time it's so obvious because there's so many
She wasn't even affraid to say Lola was was her favourite in the family:
My husband's view is happy wife, happy life - he knows where he comes in the pecking order - it goes Lola, Harry, him!
Now we feel like we need to go out and buy some presents for our pets too.
