Looks like Demi is feeling the love and she wants all of us to know it!
Last week She teased a brand new song on Insta with the captions '#SNS'.
The song is set to come out midnight tonight, so get ready for a late one guys, but before she releases the song Demi wanted to thank her fans for sticking around while she worked on new music.
She posted on Twitter a pretty lengthy message but it's defs worth the read (just make sure you've got a box of tissues on standby).
