There has been 1,400 new words added to the dictionary, including one that annoyingly features in all of our lives, FOMO.
Here's the newfound definition (which is kind of hilariously out of touch with such phrases as "that's what they're calling it these days" and "kids use the term" listed as an example):
FOMO - noun
informal: the fear of missing out: fear of not being included in something (such as an interesting or enjoyable activity) that other are experiencing.
