Kanye West has FINALLY spoken out about THAT Taylor Swift moment we will never let him live down.
You know the one... back in 2009 when he stole the mic out of 19-year-old Taylor's hands at the MTV VMAs.
Just when you thought he'd apologise... he decided to take yet ANOTHER dig at poor Tay Tay...
During a concert in Manila over the weekend, Kanye confronted the audience about the moment when everyone stopped liking him:
"This is the song that broke the writer's block for me, because it's something I wanted to say so bad that they told me I couldn't say. Lady Gaga cancelled the tour the next day. You know what night I'm talking about."
He then went on to say, "So if I get in trouble for saying the truth, what's being said the rest of the time? And I had to fight every day of my life, with the whole world turned against me, for saying out loud what everyone else felt. But that's the job of an artist, of a true artist: not to be controlled by their finances, not to be controlled by perceptions, but only to be controlled by their truth."
Kanye... did you ever stop to think people were mad at you because they DIDN'T want you to say anything? It's not because they didn't want you to get in trouble for speaking up on their behalf!
He's clearly STILL defending ruining Taylor's moment...
