Playboy Enterprises thinks the six-acre Hollywood estate is worth about $200 million dollars. However, TMZ says that their "real estate sources" believe the property is in tear-down condition and that it's actually worth between $80-90 million, simply because of its history.
But there's one catch if you buy the property: you're getting an 89-year-old roommate! Whoever buys it will be required to give Hugh Hefner a life estate so he can live in the mansion until he dies.
How weird would that be?! Buying a house, moving in and then having to wait for the original owner to die whilst he's still living at the house!
Also, there's probably not enough bleach in the world to clean that place..
