Corella’s latest tune ‘Lady Divine’ debuted this week, and I fully expect to be hearing the song all summer long. Debuting at number 5 in the Hot NZ Singles Chart, I don’t think it’ll take too long before Corella is taking over the charts.
You’ve probably already heard their hit song ‘Blue Eyed Māori’ but there’s nothing better than witnessing the band perform it live.
We lucky ducks at The Edge HQ were treated to witnessing their talents live, and of course, we had to record it for you too.
Corrella are a 7-piece band based in Tāmaki Makaurau. These guys are all about those summer feels in their music and spreading good vibes all 'round.
They're soaking up inspo from the likes of L.A.B, Six60, and Tomorrow People, all while cooking up their own unique sound.
The band have just celebrated ‘Blue Eyed Māori’ going platinum after sitting in the #1 spot for a whopping 15 weeks.
With those pipes and crazy talent it’s clear to see why loads of Kiwis (myself included) will be bopping to these tunes into 2024.
