Ever wondered what was the most expensive street to live on in NZ was?

Waterfront Cremorne St in the central Auckland suburb of Herne Bay has been given the title, with the properties having a median estimated value of $6.554 million - half a million higher than the same time last year. One real estate website said:

Minnehaha Ave and Audrey Rd in Takapuna and Westbury Crescent in Remuera also made the top five.

In Wellington, Bayview Terrace in Oriental Bay had the top value of $2.48m.

In the South Island, Hunter Rd in the Queenstown-Lakes district was valued at $4.594m while Christchurch's Heathfield Ave in Fenalton was valued at $2.717m.
