Snapchat streaks are no joke, just ask anyone who's kept one going for over a year. Obviously if you're reading this you already know what a streak is, but as a refresher, it's something that can take over your whole life, constantly having to snap someone day after day so you don't turn out like this:

To get your streak back, visit Snapchat's website > support > contact us. You'll find a section about losing your snapstreak.
Once there, if you write to them saying you had a connectivity issue with the app, like it wouldn't let you send your snap or something, they'll get back to you about restoring your streak. So go and your streak game back on!
