New evidence claims Jim Carrey caused his girlfriend's death
New evidence has emerged, claiming that Jim Carrey did indeed cause the wrongful death of his ex-girlfriend, Cathriona White.
Cathriona's ex-husband Mark Burton released a series of text messages between his ex-wife and Jim Carrey, after a heartbreaking suicide letter was made public (see letter in gallery above).
In the letter, Cathriona says that Jim called her a "wh*re" after discovering that she had three STDS. He reportedly pleaded with her to sign a legal letter to keep quiet about it, and then called her an "ungrateful b*tch" when she refused.
Cathriona committed suicide on September 28, 2015, and her last phone call was a three-minute conversation with her ex-boyfriend, Jim.
Mark is currently trying to sue Carrey over his ex-wife's death, and has released a text exchange between the pair as evidence which appears to show Jim leaving her after she tells him about the STD fears.
He has officially filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Carrey, alleging that Catheriona was suicidal because of the sexually transmitted diseases Jim gave her.
Carrey's lawyer has since blasted claims that he gave her STDs before she died.
