By Sharyn Wakefield Paris Hilton has been officially charged with possession of Cocaine but an LA Law expert doesn’t think she’ll go to jail. Paris is insisting that the handbag wasn’t hers & she thought the bag of white powder was gum no cocaine. The reason cops stopped them was because they smelt weed coming from their car, so to send Paris to jail they’ll need to prove that : a) The handbag is owned by Paris Hilton b) The police beyond reasonable doubt believe Paris & Cy were seshing up in the car. Although the prosecutor is a very good lawyer & wants to make an example of Paris he might have a bit of trouble because the Police searched Paris’s bag after they left the scene it could potentially make the search illegal.
