SHERYL CROW used to date Lance Armstrong between 2003 and 2006 so naturally she is being pestered for a comment about his doping scandal.
She confessed she still cares about Lance and checked out "bits and pieces" of his interview with Oprah.
"I think that honesty is always the best bet and that the truth will set you free... To carry around a weight like that would be devastating in the long run."
