WILL.I.AM has treated his Black Eyed Peas bandmate APL.DE.AP to two new laptops as a birthday present to help him hone his skills as a DJ.

The frontman surprised apl.de.ap with the pricey Apple Mac gifts on Tuesday (29Nov11), the day after his 37th birthday, during a trip to Singapore and posted a photo of his delighted pal and his shiny new gadgets on his Twitter.com page.

will.i.am tweeted, "I bought @apl_de 2 new apple computers because his old computers he dj'd them to death..."
