What is 'It's the Life' about?
My single is about heading into a new season/day and not letting anything or anyone pull you down, and just to celebrate life and get on with the party.
Where did you record this single, and who helped you out?
I recorded this song from home, P-Money and Dan Aux came up with the original piece of music from their Disco mixtape, I basically took their beat and re-created the sample with help from my good friend Isaac Aesili on the Horn section. Then got NOX to mix it and Vitaly to master it (Nesian Mystic, Dawnraid, J Williams' mastering engineer)
Have you got a video out, if so what is the theme/story behind the video?
The video isn't out just yet but we will be filming in early January and hopefully it will be out before the end of January. There are more details to come regarding the video.
Who's in your band?
I'm a solo artist, I don't have a band.
Have you got any tours coming up?
I will be performing in the new year at Parachute 2012 on Friday the 27th of January, 8:20pm as the headline act on the mainstage alongside Avalanche city.
Have you got an album coming out soon?
I am working on my 2nd album right now, naming it 'It's the Life' after the first single. It will be an album about The life I'm living at the moment as an artist and past struggles I've had to get to where I am.

Vince Harder is the voice behind one of the biggest songs to come out of New Zealand in the last five years. His collaborative hit with P Money 'Everything' soared to number one on the Kiwi charts in 2008 and then quickly jumped the ditch where it ascended the Australian airplay charts. The following year the single made its mark in Britain when it was named Record of the Week on the notable BBC Radio 1.
Vince was born and raised in West Auckland. He played the lead role as 'Simba' in the Australian stage production of The Lion King. In 2005, he came 3rd in the Australian TV version of The X Factor. In 2009 he performed live gigs to more than 200,000 people and gave show-stealing, headline performances at Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park concerts in Christchurch and Auckland. In 2011 Vince released 'The Space Between Us'. Included on the album are his three top twenty urban radio hits and a current single 'I Want This Forever'.
His latest single is a summer 'feel good' uptempo track called 'It's the Life' Featuring K.One, P-Money and Dan-Aux.
