Victoria Beckham unveils new dress line

Victoria Beckham has expanded her fashion empire to include a budget-friendly clothing line.

Impending motherhood hasn't slowed the former Spice Girls star-turned-designer down - she's launching Victoria by Victoria Beckham, an affordable, feminine dress range.

She tells Women's Wear Daily, "Where I am currently, I like a more modern attitude. Also, it means that I’m opening these designs to women and girls of all different shapes and sizes."

Items for the new collection were inspired by cartoon character Emily the Strange.

Pieces retail from $550 to $900.

The former pop star is due to give birth to a baby girl, her fourth child with soccer stud David Beckham, early next month (Jul11).
