Actress Vanessa Hudgens has reignited her legal battle with an ex-producer she sued in 2009 after he allegedly failed to pay her the $38,000 she was awarded in the case.
The High School Musical star wants the judgment she won last year (10) against Johnny Vieira to be enforced, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.com.
Hudgens entered into a production agreement with Vieira in 2005 to launch her career and "share equally" in her potential success.
She sued Vieira in 2009 over allegations he was using her image in promotional material despite their professional relationship coming to an end in 2006.
Hudgens was awarded $29,500 in damages, as well as $9,314 in attorney's fees, but claims she has yet to receive the money, according to legal documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday (09Nov11).
